Hello everyone
I have just recently joined here and I have a few posts under my belt.
A little bit about myself. I have been keeping fish since 1978. I joined the Kitchener Waterloo Aquarium Society in 1979 and have been a member ever since. I currently sit as the club President (fourth time in this position) and enjoy the challenge of facilitating a group of volunteers (can be challenging at times). I am always interested in how other clubs run to see if there is something that we can do differently.
My fish room consists of 20 aquariums. I have 5 ten gallon aquariums that house my killies and some fry. I have 5 fifteen gallon aquariums that I also use as grow out tanks. Then I have 2 thirty gallon tanks (24 x 24 x 12h) that I use for shellies. Next up are a bunch of tanks in the forty gallon to sixty five gallon range that I use for breeding. Finally, I have a ninety gallon and a one-twenty five. My interest is in Tanganyika cichlids. I currently keep Cyprichromis leptosoma, Neolamprologus cylindricus, Neolamprologus falcicula, Cyathopharynx furcifer, Neolamprologus buescheri, Neolamprologus savoryi, Julidochromis ornatus, Neolamprologus hecqui,Paracyprichromis nigrapinnis, Neolamprologus tretocephalus, Telmatochromis vittatus, Placidochromis phenochilus Mdoka-White Lip, Labidochromis caeruleus (my only two malawi) and Astatotilapia aeneocolor.
I have been looking for Chalinochromis.
