red empress, convict, green terror, red shoulder peacock.  Could be wrong on the fourth as I don't no anything about peacocks or haps for that matter.

Protomelas Taeniolatus, Archocentrus nigrofasciatus, Andinoacara rivulatus, Aulonocara stuartgranti.

First and foremost you will need to pick one or 2 species of fish to choose to breed if you are going to do it in a limited amount of space. So far from what you are showing you have a very odd mix of fish from different lakes and different parts of the world. Eventually in your 55 if you choose to keep it as it is the green terror will possibly try to kill the other fish. If you were to have anything breed in these tanks chances are they will end up hybrids. Easy way to do this would be take the fish you have now to get store credit towards lets say a group of peacocks of the same species and maybe a mbuna that is less aggressive or a smaller hap species that looks nothing like the peacocks there would still be a chance that they may cross and end up with hybrids. Maybe even try some thing like julies with peacocks and see how it goes.

I'll let those with more breeding experience comment on that...

But, take it from personal stubborn experience... you will eventually have troubles mixing completely different types of fish.

At least keep Africans from Central/South Americans.

With Africans, keep the Mbuna from the haps/peacocks.  Also try to keep fish of about the same size.

You can mix peacocks, haps and mbuna in a large tank. I have all 3 in my main tank with little issues sure some of the larger fish may eventually eat some of the smaller mbuna fry spit in the tank but oh well they will make more and the less I have to feed some of the fish.

It is also important to make sure your tank is large enough for the fish you intend on breeding.

Cool. Get rid of your old stock and get new stocking. Like maybe try some blue neons with yellow labs in one tank, in another lethrinops species of some kind with julies, and in the third Copadichromis virginalis and a Altolamprologus species. Just do some research before you jump head over heels into it.

well you can only do 10 peacocks and haps in a 75 gal and they can't get bigger then 7"

If you want to do that but chances are a red emp and a orange shoulder peacock will cross with one and other and your red emp looks like a hybrid as well. The green terror may eventually get to large for a 55 so keep that in mind.

Never heard a recommendation to much mbuna and peacocks.  I tried... I failed.

I have always been told the opposite.
