A fish I used to see 10+ years ago that I dont see anymore is a Black Arrowana.  But, I havent been looking for one either.

I only saw them small.  Never a large one.

That would be a cool fish to have.

But, they probably look nothing like they do when they are small once they grow big.

Try for the royal xyano pleco. Check spelling on that. Pretty close to the zebra.  Picture of one I sold a few months ago. Got it at. Fantastic fins

Here's a guy who has one (on another site I frequent), no idea where he got is but has a pic to check out of a decent sized one.  http://greatlakesaquaria.com/index.php?/topic/3928-who-here-is-into-arowana/

Royal rio xingu. Either L333 or L357. From what I was able to find on google but I don't think it was a 3 number when I bought it.   I should start keeping list

Thanks.  L333 is one of the ones I'm going to look at tonight.

Question that is not related to this posting:  is a Yellow Blaze the same thing as a Sulfer head ?

Nope A yellow blaze - otopharynx lithobate cichlid and a  sulferhead peacock cichlid-   Aulonocara maylandi

Sulfur Head is not exclusively meant towards an Aulonocara maylandi. The Protomelas spilonotus from Mara Rocks is also known as "Sulfur Head".
Also, a Yellow Blaze does not necessarily mean the O. lithobates since there is a Cynotilapia afra variant that is commonly called Yellow Blaze.
Therefore your statement is erroneous due to being factually incomplete.

Sorry for the derail Ken. The original question would be a good topic for a separate thread for learning purposes.
The problem with those types of "common names" are that they can be attributed to many different fish.
