Hello to you all, I've been an avid collector of cichlids for the better part of 20 years, started with Central and South American's and for the last 10+ years i've focused on the African Malawi and Tanganyika species. I'm so happy to have found like-minded individuals who share the same passion for the hobby. I started as a kid who'd bicycle to the local fish stores and perform an amazing balancing act to get them back home safely, to eventually commuting to fish stores i'd here about via word of mouth in Grand Rapids, Lansing, Jackson, and Metro Detroit in search of new species. I currently have a 90gal Male Peacock/Hap tank with roughly 30-40 different species and a 29gal breeding/rearing tank.
