Charlie has been keeping fish for over 20 years now around Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Focused almost exclusively on South American fish over the years, he has recently narrowed down a focus to catfish with sucker mouths, from cave spawners to lip brooders. Being a member of GPASI, Greater Pittsburgh Aquarium Society, has only enabled the addiction to grow even larger, currently focusing on breeding members of the Apistoloricaria/Rhadinoloricaria, Planiloricaria, Pseudacanthicus, and Pseudohemiodon genera. The presentation will focus on first hand experience with maintaining, breeding, and raising different species of suckermouth catfish from South America.
