Extra Flow

Im just curious what kind of extra flow everyone has with their Africans.  On my 90g I have a AC110 @500gph and I put a Korilla 3 @850gph with them.
I think they love it! Seems like they kind of school up and get in the flow and ride it to the other side of the tank. Some of them like to just sit in front of it and enjoy the breeze lol.
Anyone else have extra power heads?

I've never used powerheads, but I have had flow over 10x the tank volume at times in the past. I've never seen too much flow on a Malawian or Victorian tank.

Right now my most impressive would be 2 Emperor 400s (400 gph each) on a 100 gallon.

My other tanks have sponge filters mainly - no idea what the GPH flow is, but I'm sure it's low (and it's best that way!).
