ACA Setup and Teardown help needed

It's getting really close to that time.  We are just over a month out from the ACA and we will be needing help on Sat July 8th loading tanks, wood, etc in Monroe, MI.  In addition we need help for Sun - July 9th, Mon - July 10th, Tues - July 11th for setup these days at the hotel in Novi, MI.  Also we will need help on Sun - July 16th for teardown.  Your MCA board is asking for your help.  Anything can help to get these tasks accomplished.  Please reply if you are avail to help any of these days or reach out to Josh Cunningham via email at [email protected] or Blair Henze at [email protected].  Thanks in advance!!

Setup Involves:
Putting racks together
Moving fish tanks
running airlines and air supply
placing and hooking up sponge filters
Filling tanks and adding conditioner
Helping setup display tanks
Prepping goodie bags for registered guests

Teardown Involves:
Bagging donation fish for auction
Emptying display tanks for winner of silent auction
Emptying tanks in show/rental
Once fish are removed
Taking apart racks that were used to hold tanks

I am sure I am forgetting some things, but this is a general idea.

We need help on these days starting at 9am and hoping to close out the days around 6pm or 7pm.  More work completed Sun and Mon means less to do on Tues.

Volunteers who work 20+ hours will receive a registration reimbursement, special pricing on MCA T-shirt(s) & special pricing on left over tanks.
