Canister filter for Nieces turtle tank
« on: January 15, 2017, 01:10:11 PM »
My Niece's red ear slider has long outgrown the 29g tank & filter I gave her 2 yrs ago when I bought her the turtle. After hounding her for a year to give him a bigger tank she finally has a 60g tank for him but she needs a canister filter so she can move him into it. She doesn't have a ton of money to spend so I told her I would post here and see if anyone had a used canister for a decent price before she looks on ebay/CL.

Anyone have something like a used fluval 406 or rena xp3 or something like that? Think her budget is around $50/$60 max.

I've got a Cascade 700 I'd part with.

Let me know how much you want for it and if it has the hoses etc and I'll let my Sister know and see what she says.
