I had a "perunno" type catfish or marbled pim that was pretty awesome. He got about 22 inches and kind of stopped there. Most of the info I found on them showed they topped out around 24 inches in an aquarium. Great color, pretty mellow, loves to eat and great personality once they settle in.

Here's an old video showing him/her:

Hey blair I had albino channel cat that was 18" to 20" long and eat a 12" goldfish.  Not a community fish!

Hmm Perunno looks kinda cool. I want something puppy like. Are they real personable?

Tigrinis could be a possibility also.

No Channel or Sun Cats though.

Keep the suggestions rolling...

Hey Blair,
Here's my input on the suggestions so far...and I mean no disrespect to the people that made the suggestions.
Tigrinus and perruno/marmoratus cats will get way too big to be happy permanently. Channel cats just bore me and are not very attractive patterns.

There are many different types of "shovel nose" cats available to order.
A simple Lima shovel nose would do fine in that tank and are pretty cool and readily available.
Bolt cats are cool too.
I can check on some of my "Cat" suppliers if you'd like and give you some ideas on species and pricing.

Thanks Tony,  if you could check it'd be great.

No Lima. But, a Bolt is one I've looked at
