Today is the 5 year anniversary of the day that I quit smoking cold turkey back on Good Friday of 2011. One of the wisest choices I have ever made in my life to date. Lungs and overall health today is just vastly better than I was 5 yrs ago!

that's what i have to do, that must have been hard keep telling my self to do the same thing one day i going to do it but to much stress now,  hey you ever been on cyphos.com wow learn a lot free to join
