Cool or Bad Idea?

Heat isn't a concern according to the article:

It's a guess as to how well sound travels through really, really thick glass, if that is indeed what it is.

I think it's a cool idea and not nearly as bad as many are making it out to be.

The one thing I think might have been overlooked - cleaning off the algae that will grow!

I also think it's a cool idea. Not sure how it'll withstand the test of time (repeated hits with balls travelling at a high rate of speed) but as long as they have a sufficient rescue plan for the fish should something happen I imagine it'll be alright.

If the fish ARE stressed due to all the noise and activities, they'll probably end up removing it because the fish will show that stress and I'm sure they won't want that bad publicity.
