Fishroom tour volunteers
« on: May 02, 2015, 02:41:29 AM »
I need a few people to help me out with the Fishroom tour.

People to take photos & email them to me afterwards.
A cook, to BBQ the hamburgers & hotdogs
Somebody with a portable projection screen,  for the presentation by Chris Biggs.
Anybody who has extra folding chairs,  please bring them.
People to bring some kind of dish to share at the BBQ.

I'll be happy to handle the cooking.

Hope the weather cooperates for you guys.

I love watching some of Mother Nature's wild Springtime thunderstorms but they can be inconvenient in their timing.

Well now it's definitely jinxed.  Between the two of you, we have no options other than weather of a questionable nature.

I believe I made a similar comment last year and look how that day turned out  ;)
Maybe I should comment regarding the weather for all outdoor activities the club plans.
Instead of jinxing, maybe I'm good luck  :P

I can bring some kind of dish. I'm thinking a cold salad or something that can last the trip in the cooler and would go well with BBQ.

Yes, the white sheet has been the back up plan, if I cannot find a screen.

A screen has been located.

Still could use more food...  everybody is welcome to bring a dish to pass, but it's not mandatory.  ;)

I can probably take photos for some of it.  Not sure I will make it all the way to the BBQ.
