I need a lawyer fast - the condo association is trying to evict me because of my tanks!

 I have 15 days to put together a letter stating how my tanks are not a violation of the bylaws.

I hope this works out for your. I have known 2 people that got evicted that way. They didnt have lawyers though. Long as they don't specify fish tanks/aquariums, holding water and just say no pets you might have a shot...but Some places get bat-shit-crazy of things like fish tanks...specially off the bottom floor.

Not sure how much you can say, but I fail to see more than a couple scenarios where they could possibly have a legitimate complaint. I'm assuming this is the person you mentioned previously.

They aren't a very good firm.  Always asking questions other attorneys already know the answers to.  Better firm is Bend, Emover, and Plunder.

Think I've heard of them.  Usually its a different arrangemt of words but they all usually translate to Bend Emove & Plunder if you are able to translate BullS%#$

lol, I think my fishroom defense systems will probably get me much worse situations. 
I'd rather try to fight the eviction in court, instead of fighting off "bubba " in the shower
