Teacup Stingrays/ Discus?

Just like the subject says. A friend of mine is looking to get a couple of these. I've never heard of the Teacup's before. Maybe someone on here is or has kept/bred them. Any input would be great, like for starters a good place to get both. Thanks in advance.
