Torn/Ripped Fins

Good afternoon everyone,

Was wondering how people deal with torn and ripped fins - I find some of my guys are pretty bad where as others are not touched. Its weird though because its not just females or smaller fish, one of the largest fish (acei ngara 6") is missing half of his pectoral fin and anal fin. I think I had two agressors which I got rid of but hoping to fix up the fins that have been damaged. Also will they grown back any of the hunks which are gone or is that too far gone? Let me know, thanks.

Normally they will grow back as long as they aren't completely gone. I 've had a zebra tear decent size chunks out of some fishes tails before and over time it has grown back to where you can't tell anymore. Some melafix helps to prevent any fungus as well.
