DragonBloods are hybrid to begin with.  So, you were gonna have hybrids to begin with.

If you'd like to watch my CR. lenticulata chow down on them, then bring them on over. ;)

It'd be the responsible choice IMO.

Well thanks guys as I never said anything about them not being hybrids, nor am I trying to sell or pawn them off as hybrids. I figured someone might just want them to grow them out and see. Not everything is about breeding.

Yikes! Serious hybrid hate here :)
If you attend the MCAS auction I will take them.  I can use them in my class to discuss hybrids and I happen to like OB peacocks and dragonbloods ;D

x4

The third to last thing this hobby needs is more hybrids swimming around.

So the fish keeping hobby is only for people who breed pure bloodline fish? So anyone else who doesn't care about bloodline or specific breeds are nothing to the hobby of fish collecting? I have to be a big time breeder to fit in with you guys? I am I supposed to troll the forum behind my keyboard and make unsolicited replies to make my self feel better by down grading others. Please inform me how I am to act on here as I am only a kid, but if being adult is doing what you guys do then I hope I never grow up.

Sorry,  I was under the impression that you didn't want the fry.   I just like seeing my lents eat & it's pretty well known that I feed the club members culls to them.  In fact there's one member who brings me 20+ convicts every meeting.

apologies, I didn't mean any ill.  I just agree that the belly of an adequately sized predator is a perfect place for unwanted fish.

It doesnt matter what hobby you are in to cross breeding will always be looked down on a good example is the Birmingham roller pigeon was crossed with another breed for color and like these crossed fish it was the worst thing until those birds won the World Cup in 2005 yes I agree it is always good to keep pure lines but by no means does that not mean to not try new things

Okay forum members, this person had fish in the for sale part of the forum. He was trying to do what he felt is right by giving away the fish, and telling everyone exactly what they were. He wasn't asking for opinions, so therefore I don't feel any should have been given. If you're not interested in something someone has for sale then just move on.
Let's not be so negative. Everybody does things differently and that's what makes a good forum.
If someone asks for an opinion by all means give them your opinion, but if it's not ask for, then move on.
