So is only the wild type Angels that can be Auctioned then not all the different morphed colors ?

Koi, silver, platinum, black, gold pearlscale, Philippine blue, blue marble, pinoy, smokey. Also doesn't veiltail constitute another morph? If so, then veiltail of most of those.

The rule states color morph,  not body morph.  ;)

Never been to a auction but heard if there is a bag of fish you like you can pay 2 dollars to have it auctioned off faster . Is this true?

Yep you can pay a couple bucks to have something you are interested in moved up. They call it a "priority item".
