Zack... Here's what I would do....
Lower the tanks water down to a few inches and then scoot the tank out from the wall on one side. You could even use a larger storage tote if you wanted to save half the water. The fish are so small that they will be fine for a few hours in a few gallons of water above the substrate. Move all of the filtration to the sides. Paint the back with Krylon Fusion royal blue, "Roll On" (in a can) and use a 4"x 3/4" mini roller to do it with a few light coats and fan to dry it faster! Heat up your house a few extra degree being the urgency as well. This will help is dry faster as well.
I would also make an Inline heating Chamber out of PVC and a water tight cord grip from heyco.com
