Thanks, I plan on doing one more small one on top like that as well. I think it'll not only add to the cave look but will also make for a bit more dramatic look to the lighting in the tank with some areas in shade and some brightly lit.
Better to have a short life full of what you like doing, than a long life spent in a miserable way.

Just curious I want to attempt this but it will be a first. I get the carving of the foam board I'm not sure about the finishing. I've seen it done with concrete coating and sealed with pond sealer. Is this correct?
