Well, I'm a little fried from the sun!  Yesterday at the airshow and today at the Tigers game, my face and neck are a tad on the red side  :o.

Hopefully we can get the word out and build this place up and even better than Mittenstate.

Mittenstate wasn't as active as some forums but I kinda liked it as it was considered pretty local.  If someone had something for sale it wasn't in California.  And when you talked LFS (Illegal on most forums) everyone usually had been to or could plan to go to the LFS in question.   

But on the other hand more is always better, well with most things including forums!

I'm sure this will be better than Mittenstate was- hell you know itll be just as good, as long as all the other members find it.

I'm really glad this board is up and running. Nice job Marty! I didn't realize how much I looked at Mittenstate until it was gone. I'm looking forward to auction season!

No forum wars please.  I don't have anything against Joe for starting another board, I just didn't want to get into the same situation I was in with Mittenstate with a lack of control in the event of a problem.  If I would have had control, Mittenstate would have been down for a couple of days max because I could have done something about it.  This way, the board is a club sponsored forum.

I do want to stress that this is a board for ALL of the clubs.  Just because it says Michigan Cichlid, doesn't mean it's for one club, we're here for everyone.
