  Having a hard time finding the top trim for a 55 gallon needs to be in woodtrim

Do you know the original manufacturer of the tank? I had my LFS (Moby Dick's) order me a replacement trim for an Aqueon 37Gallon last fall.   Don't recall the price...but it seemed fair at the time.  Just look about 6 weeks for it to come in.

It's aquadtics America who doesn't make the wood color anymore due to lack of sales. Per the LFS they are checking there stock to find a piece.  If not my next step will be the black trim. Amazon has contact paper that looks pretty close.  I really wouldn't care but the stand and light matches

You might consider going with a new black trim piece and hiding under a wood canopy.
I just happen to find one at a great price.....check this link:
