unfinished fish deal

I made a purchase from mark pank around May 15 , he told me one of the fish I purchased and paid for was holding which he still had at home, I had to agree he had the fish which I was supposed to get in about 2 weeks. PM'd  him in 2 weeks no contact until 3rd week ( June , his response family issues I'll get her to you this week. sent PM's no contact until June 20 he said get to you today or tomorrow. That was last contact tried PM's ever since ( probably at least 30) sent him my phone #, no contact since, no fish I paid for , it is now July 30 and nothing. Just want my fish. This is not how you treat a paying customer

Sorry to read. I hope this gets resolved, but it serves as another good reminder for all to be very careful about paying in full for anything that you're not receiving at the time of payment.

I thought I was being a good guy, then why has'nt he contacted me to complete a deal we made ?

I have removed the comments made by non mods.  Only the parties involved in the transaction are allowed to comment.  I will be sending an email to the other party directing his attention to this thread.  If he fails to respond, we will take action from there.
