I am going to go with the male peacock hap Idea and lots of rocks and driftwood.
I like the color of the peacocks, and there are some that will get 8"+, when I say I want a Holy Sh%% tank, I just want it to be nice looking and happy.
I got back into this hobby to enjoy fish and yes I am guilty of changing my mind a million times but on this tank I want it to be a show piece and with the colors of the peacocks and haps, I feel that is what I will get.
I am also going to get creative with some diy decorations I read about on another site.
I have my bad boy fish in the basement(fish room) and will have a variety of different fish down there, that I can always get the "flavor of the month" fish.
I am going to take my time on this tank, both making the stand and canopy and all the plumbing.
I love this fish hobby and love doing projects that I can do, so this is going to be one of those.
I am lucky in the sense that I have the know how to build stuff like this, lucky to come across great deals, but this is where i get my enjoyment. Not being able to do a lot of the things I used to do and be able to afford to do things like before is why i am very DIY.
I find the advice that I get from you people to be priceless and thats why I continue to come on here.
So Hear is to the "big" tank and I promise once its all set up and running I will post pictures, maybe have Steve or Mike Z come over with there photo skills and try taking some "aqua-mojo" pictures
