So yesterday I picked up a male and female L183 (Starlight) pair. I was planning on keeping them in a 20L that i use as a grow out tank. Got a nice piece of driftwood...now my mind stats thinking. A little sand, some plants, a couple rams.    So, would a pair of rams and that pair of plecos work in a 20L. Id like to throw some basic and hardy live plants in there too. Thoughts?

if you want your pleco it bred it won't work the ram will eat/kill the fry

Like Jenna said, I don't think they'll breed together, because of rams eating pleco eggs or vice versa, but I don't think they'd bother each other aside from that (the rams and the plecos).

too bad.... I'd really like to see you fully enjoy the hobby.   Especially since Rams are feeder fish IMO.
