Help with identification
« on: September 15, 2013, 09:02:19 PM »
I found this picture Googling flameback, but most of the images were of a different fish. Just wondering the real name. Thanks.

One of the pundamilia nyerei variants?  If they are I'm not sure which collection point.  Josh Cunningham has some and could give you more info, I believe.

Try this: http://www.cichlid-forum.com/profiles/species.php?id=1568

And then look at the other varients in the "victorian basin" category.

I feel the cichlid forum IDs/pics are quite helpful.

Thanks a lot everyone for the replies! Next question is, does anyone have any fry available? I don't have room at the moment, but I could make room in the next few weeks. If so, just pm me. Thanks!
