I thought I had some pictures of one of the frames I've built, but I do not.  I like to use 1/2" pvc and make a square base with T fittings in the middle for the uprights, which you can kind of see in the image below.  Just make sure you make your frame narrower than than your tank's plastic trim.  I put the frame in, then the egg crate and zip tie it together as I see necessary.  I also borrowed a pic of a pvc frame from the internet to show how someone else did it, either way will work.

I have diagonal dividers for 20 longs and 10's I would sell.  They are made of Lexon which is unbreakable and bulletproof plastic.

Dan "linuxrulesusa" made a video for the diy contest a few months back. The dividers he made seemed simple to male and cheap too. Its definitely worth a look
I have about 18,000 rounds of .223 I'm  looking to get rid of, 100 rd bags. 1-4 bags $40 ea, 5-9 bags $38 ea, 10 or more bags $35 ea. I can't put this in the for sale section, its not fish related. No shipping.

$15 for the ten gallon ones.  They will never break.

Yes, I still have yellow benga males.

Thanks.  Only followup I'd say is the ones I made are suitable for fry and smaller fish because they're held in place by tension more than anything..  The ones like arturtle pictured above are better for larger fish.  Most durable but hardest to remove is glass siliconed in place.  The ones Josh has seem to be a close second to glass in terms of durability though I am curious (not questioning him, just the product) whether some big cichlid could bust Lexan...reminds me of the 'almost indestructible' dog toy/ball...it was indestructible, then someone gave it to a lion.  :)
