WTB in-tank filter like Whisper 20i, 30i, 40i
« on: August 16, 2013, 01:45:26 PM »
I'd like to trade for or buy an in tank filter, preferably a Whisper 20i, 30i, or 40i.  I have a situation where my tank at work is bumped up against a wall and I can't scoot it out because it will eat up too much desk space, so I need an in-tank filter.  I'd like to over filter a bit so larger is better.  It's a 20 long but I have a puffer in it so he's messy.

I have decor, food, possibly a heater, etc that I can trade for the filter.  Thanks.

Hydro III pro & a powerhead = you're better off. ;)

Hey, I didn't think about the powerhead I just got from Josh C.  You got me thinking.  Thanks.  :)

I assume I should shoot the powerhead from the left perhaps and put the sponge on the right?  Or vice versa?

Connect the sponge uplift tube to the powerheads input.

Ah, I see.  I clearly have not used powerheads much.  :)

Which model?  I'm not sure yet so I will keep that in mind.
