You can also find brushes at meijers or walmart where the cleaning brushes are.  You should be able to find something there that would work.

That's what I do. I bought a brush that is about 18-20" long at Walmart and just clean one end then flip it and clean the other. Only had to do it once in the past year though.
Better to have a short life full of what you like doing, than a long life spent in a miserable way.
