I picked up a snow white crayfish today, he is about 1.5" and very cool

how much are they and how soon are we talking? I don't even have a tank set up yet. I could cycle one quickly as I could take water from one of my other tanks and I have extra filters running on tanks, but would still need a little time lol

Whenever you're ready. He works right around the corner from my house so I can pick them up pretty much any time. I believe he sells trios for $25. I'll try and get ahold of him to see for sure

is he able to sex them? As I would only want 1 male and probably 5 females

Yeah, they start to color up pretty early. All of the ones I have received from him so far have been sexed correctly at 1.5"
