Generally speaking, it's considered a nice thing to do (for my sake at least because I read every post) to list the address when reviewing a new place so I don't have to read a half dozen smart alec responses from either lazy or computer impaired members

Lol, a link is not a copyright violation.  If you were to copy their graphics and put them on another site, that's when the webpage publisher might have cause to go after you.
