Eretmodus cyanostictus - new addition
« on: May 17, 2013, 10:41:13 AM »
Picked up one of these guys last night.  Just couldnt resist.

This was at the store.  When I put it in our tank... it is now almost white.  I hope the color comes back.

Nice, did you grab that from Bruce's?  I want to have him order me a potential breeding group in the near future.  Watch their diet, I believe they have a very similar diet to Tropheus.

That's what got me.  :-)

I got it at Bruce's.  $40.  Says wild caught.  There were about 5 more there.  There www as also another single one of a different kind, a little bigger for $60.

All said. Wild caught.

The tropheus diet is true.  I have it in with my peacocks.  He hid most of the time since I put it in the tank.  Then came out last night and pretty much stayed out.  Ate flake great!

Its a very good eater from the first attempt.  Doing real good.

It has made its home in the cichlid stone we have in there.  I was just about to remove that stone too.
