You seem to have forgotten D. Compressiceps in your poll.

Also could I make it an Albino D. Compressiceps or no you like the regular one more?
IMO, the Silver is the best looking.

The tank is too small for a D. compressiceps long term. I'd stick with smaller haps and peacocks.

I voted "other" with a selection - a male P. electra is my recommendation.

I just looked up the electra... never really looked into them.  But, they are kind of nice looking.  And it sounds like they might be a perfect tank mate to our Albus.

Couldnt you just change the poll to allow people to change their mind?

Strange that I am the only one with aggression troubles with the Victorians in my peacock tank?

What kind of Vic do you have?  Some can be aggressive, but mine show most aggression at breeding time like any other Cichlid.

Having both could be the issue, although your tank is big enough so you wouldn't think so.  Try to move one and see if the other calms down.  Just my opinion.

No, these were the two kinds that I tried to keep with our Peacocks in an 85 gallon with a lot of coverage to hide.  They became VERY dominant in the tank and caused everyone else to hide in fear.

I found i like it might be my shoe in which is the otter point is it a variant that is already posted or am i right in saying that it is a different fish? because i have seen its said to be a lemon jake but when i look them up it shows different fish so i take it that it is a sp. of the jacobfreibergi genus so he is my pick (so he is a shoe in) But keep the votes coming in I know alot of people have voted already but there are some close battles right now so there will only be a few losers so make sure to keep the one you want to make it( campaign for your fish hahaha :P )

There are two types of jacobfreibergi.  Otter point and lemon jacobfreibergi (lemon jakes).  The lemon jake has more yellow where as the otter point has more orange.

I am far from an expert on this... but this is just my experience while shopping for these...  please correct me if my understanding is wrong.

I have seen another one... at least labeled.  Just a plain jacobfreibergi... or maybe it had red or orange in the description also.

Lemon Jakes (blue and yellow) dont seem to look anything like otter points (multiple colors with more white on the fins and some yellow and orange).

And, I havent seen the word jacobfreibergi used in the descriptiohn of Lemon Jakes... but you know how some fish stores are.  Never thought to question where the "jake" in Lemon Jake came from.

I have... I think... in my tank and otter point jacobfreibergi... a red jacobfreibergi and I have also had a Lemon Jake.  And all looked considerably different.

Just my random thoughts on this subject as I had a discussion with someone else on this as what they said was an otter point didnt look like what I though was an otter point.
