Well, I think it was worth the wait (started looking for these back in August 2012).
I finally got a pair of nanoluteus, and, my interest in Cryptoheros species has definitely been revived. Now, to persuade my wife they are much nicer than our pink convicts so I have room to grow out fry down the road.
Here's a couple more pics of the pair. They are in a 24x12 15g long tank for now with some assorted fake plants and lots of misc filters I'm trying to keep active in the event I need them to replace a few more HOBs...to eke a few more dollars off the electricity bill. I may put some sand in there later for them to dig around in plus another cave or two.
