We closed on the house finally. Long story short it was a long 2 days of signing papers.

Total closing costs $2.60

Hopefully it's truly $2.60 and not rolling it into the loan. Congrats!

Congrats on the house!  Your going to have to explain the closing cost thing...

How many people do you guys think it will take to carry a 180 up some stairs cause we are about to find out.
I can get a 180 moved with just one person.  Basically provide Blair with some whiskey and then tell him there is no way he could do it.
I used to be a people person... but people ruined that for me.

2 people should be enough. as long as the path is clear and both are relatively strong.
Nothing but a few empty tanks.

That actually works better when bringing a 180 DOWN the stairs.  ;)

congratulations Dan

Seller paid 3,000 in closing and then we got 2 grants equaling 7000 dollars and they figured out a way to use all of it and us to get back some on the money that we paid out of pocket. So after everything was all said and done the grant did the down payment insurance and we got money back for the inspection. So it came to 2.60 of what we owed.

Me and a guy 3 times smaller than me and Dominic got it up the stairs but we were so pooped after that the neighbor had to come help get it into my truck. I have it all plumbing redone now after breaking a bulkhead no clue how but I did it. Not just waiting for this guy to come to the store buy water so I can refill the tank and get the fish back in.
