ID this pleco - some kind of whiptail?
« on: March 22, 2013, 11:51:26 PM »
I picked these up extremely cheap and they were unmarked as to species.  Help with ID would be much appreciated.  I had a couple possibilities but closed out my browser and lost the links.

Yep, pretty wild.

I'm leaning toward rineloricaria (hemiloricaria)  parva currently.  If tthey exceed the described 44.5 inches length I will start looking at other options.

Fantastic Fins issue some of those.

I think they breed them too.
