It's not bad but IMO it looks to man-made for my tastes. It needs to be more random...

One thing you can try is to take a heat gun and go over it with some heat. That will add some nice realistic rock texture to the foam as well as give the edges a bit more of a natural look as well. Just don't put too much heat to it though because it's pretty easy to shrink the foam with too much heat. Test out on a scrap piece first so you know how much heat is too much.

Yeah I agree it needs some more randomness.  For my first attempt I am happy with it.  I managed to hide a lot of filter components.  The next one I want to work in a spot to hide a heater allowing water flowing around it but not enough space for fish to get into.  Also try to slim it down some cause it does take up a lot of space.  For this tank I am using as a breeder so it is not over stocked.  I would like to leave some glass exposed and play with lighting.  I have a few more test runs to do before my main tank.  Hope to improve alone the way.

Looks good. It'll look real nice after a couple months when some algae starts on it. Took mine about 3 months to get nice and natural looking.

Keep an eye on those fish if they're "hiding" at the top. Hard to tell from pics.
