Cool cats!

FWIW, glass catfish prefer to be in schools. If he's alone and you add some buddies, he might become more active.

Thanks!  I actually have two.  He just happened to be alone at the end of the tank.  I did plan to get more...but the LFS was sold out (and Petsmart wanted 2x as as much), then I was undecided about moving everything to a smaller tank, etc.  I may yet add another.  :)

Very cool cats and plecos. Atlantis in Clawson had a bunch of those flat looking catfish last month (Banjo one) I had no idea what they were called till now. They are a very unique/cool looking fish 8)
Better to have a short life full of what you like doing, than a long life spent in a miserable way.
