Cloudy Water ??? (CONCLUSION)

I read it as it just started after he set up the new cascade filter with the matrix in it, maybe I'm reading it wrong? If it just started after he did that then I still think it's the unwashed matrix, but if it is an ongoing thing then I agree not the matrix and more of a bloom from overfeeding perhaps. Then again it's early and I am still waiting for coffee to brew so I'll reread the whole thing after the cup of motivation gets into my system

That just doesnt make sense to me.  Why would it keep clouding up from the Matrix.  That should be a one time tank cloud up and then be done with it.

Ok,  I ran the Magnum 350 with the polishing cartrdge over night for 12 hours and the water is now crystal clear.  I did this on Friday,  the water is still crystal clear.

So I deduce the cause to being a lack of rinsing the matrix prior to putting it into the HOB filters...
