I put one of my 740gph pumps in the tank yesterday and let it run all night just to put some pressure/circulation in the tank to give the seams a bit more real world test. Plus I went around and did a little rapping on the corners with the palm of my hand as well as went around and lightly shook the tank a tad just to simulate what the tank will go through during routine maintenance that way I won't have any surprises down the road. Happy to report that it's almost two full days of being full and not a drop of water anywhere! 8) 8) 8)

After the family leaves this evening I plan to drain it and then push it back into position, relevel it out, and start reinstalling the background & decor, then get all the filters and equipment hooked up. Looks like this nearly 2 year project is FINALLY going to be up and running very shortly. I can't wait to be able to go to the Feb MCA auction now and start looking for fish to fill this tank with finally.

I'll update pics as I get this set back up.

It's about time!  Glad to see you finally got it sealed up without any problems.  Now I can't wait to see the pics when you have fish in it.

Got it moved back into position against the wall again last night. Leveled it out and have it to where it is no more than 3/16" off over the entire 7ft span which is pretty good imo. Filled it back up again last night about 7pm and let it sit overnight again for a 2nd leak test after moving it and this morning 15hrs later it's dry as a bone again so just started up the pump a few mins ago and now pumping all the water out so I can start adding the 3d background back in it now. Plan on spending the entire day today working on getting the decor set up.

Just about got everything set up on it now,got a ton of work done yesterday. Background is in, sand, rocks, wood are all in. Filled with water, spraybars are made, one of the pair of FX5's is hooked up and tested, and lighting is just about done. I changed some of the decor around a bit from the first pictures I posted back in the spring, I think it looks tons better now than it did the first time. Also added a great looking huge piece of wood that I got from Tony. And added some super high power LED spotlights which give the entire tank an awesome looking shimmering effect. Should be seeded and cycling in the next few days most likely.

Still a ways to go but here's a sneak peak. Once it's completely finished I'll post some better pics of it. Damn it feels good to sit and see it running after two years of work 8) The CCF cave lights don't have that purple hue to them in person, they only do in pictures for some reason, they don't photo well. When I take some finished pics I'll have to play with the settings on my camera so I can get the true color to show on film.

Auh dude no matter how long it took you, it is worth it.  I am so glad you did not throw in the towel, this tank looks awesome !  I can't wait to see it filled with fish.  You could charge $1 a head just to come down and see it in person...
