« on: January 14, 2013, 01:35:27 PM »
does anybody raise true red devils.my dad has always wanted one, and  can never find.  he's always bringing home a new fish saying "i found it boys , a real red devil" and to his disappointment turns pink or cream. probally hybrids or midas from the little research ive done. rapps has them but that would be my last option http://www.tangledupincichlids.com/images/a.labiat2.jpg

Yes,  contact RegalBlue.  If he doesn't have them, he will most likely be able to guide you in the proper direction.  He is an expert on Central and South American cichlids.

FYI - there are true Labiatum that are piebald or orange /white coloration

I do have some true Red Devils,  I wasn't really looking to sell them just yet though.

What exactly are you looking for?  Straight orange?  Big lipped?

Thanks Mike, it means alot to have you say that. But..... I really don't know too much about the South Americans.  The Centrals are my thing. ;)
