I have frontosa in with my pikes and they get to the food faster than my pikes do.  I would recommend feeding sinking food so everyone has a chance to eat.

I've had Peacock Bass in the past and I would say that their behavior would put some serious stress on your Discus. They are such reactionary predators that when the lights are out of dimmed they will hit basically anything that moves. I've woke up to find 8 inch tinfoil barbs with broken tails or eye injuries due to the Bass nailing them at night.

He's ignoring me and my posts after I suggested he should go collect some Obama Darters.   ;D

I have about a 22inch Jardini arrow and hes super mean.  Maybe I just have a guy with a an attitude, but I don't see how the discus would make it long at all. when he was 15inchs or so he killed large hand size tinfoils, at 18inchs he tried to kill 2 blue channel cats that were about the same size...  The cats would just hang out on the bottom in a tube or something and he would just go down and bite the crap out of them leaving them scared and bleeding, around the same time he also decide the other tank mate an Oscar was time to go..  He now tries to eat my 90pound dog threw the glass every time the do walk by.  He will also bite at the glass if I hold his thawed shrimp in front of the glass, taunting him.

Jardini are usually much more aggressive than Silvers or Blacks/Blues

Jardini are completely different.  Much more aggressive.  I've kept a large Silver Arrowana with Discus and had zero problems.  I have no concerns about a Black / Blue Arrowana with Discus.  Only real concerns are pikes and bass.  Pikes might be okay.  Starting to realize bass probably won't work.

Also Grizzlysdad pointed out to me one of my stocking errors by not having a catfish.  So I think a nice Tigrinus would be needed too!

BTW on that stocklist the discus would be the least expensive by far.
Gotcha. Had no idea they would be the least expensive.

I had other catfish suggestions for you last night but all of the other exotics I have kept would grow too large and eat everything on your proposed stock list  :o
