Has anyone  ever used this product called nutrafin african cichlid conditioner if so what was your results..?

I never heard of it.  In general I have found that most conditioners or rather buffers are not worth the money and aren't needed most of the time.

I've also had friends lose entire tanks by using too much buffer and raising the pH too quickly/too high!

If you're going to buffer, use a passive means - limestone/coral/shells/etc - either as a substrate, as filter media, or as decoration.

And first check your water and see if you actually need it.
