I can't be of any help in person, and hopefully you can find a volunteer, but I have moved 180g and larger by myself on several occasions. I even moved a 7' 265g by myself before...and I'm not a 6"+ powerhouse by any means,  :D. In fact, I'm a lowly 5'7" with a bad back and bum leg  ;).
If the tank is on a 1st floor and will end on a first floor, all you need is an appliance dolly and some rudimentary skills of balance and leverage...and of course, the strength to lift one end.

I got people helping me move it. Sadly it has to go down into a basement I move 4 ft tanks all the time by myself at work but a 6 ft is a whole different story. I'm sure I can get the one end up onto my tailgate and just slide it in the rest of the way by myself but makes me a little nervous on that idea.

Glad you found help with the tank...if I wasn't way over here in White Lake I would have been glad to help.
FWIW, I'm stubborn and hate asking for help for anything unless I figure out it's impossible to do alone.
Why, I don't know because I have many great friends that have stepped up for me in the past....in BIG ways!!
Before my car accident, I even would move a 180g downstairs by myself using the appliance dolly. My ankle and knee are just too questionable anymore. Moving a 180g upstairs though, was always a two person job.
I still move 6' 120g in and out of my first floor by myself. it's amazing what some forethought and planning can accomplish.
Good luck with the move.

If you have 3 people, I wouldn't think it would be a problem to get it into your vehicle.  Warren and I (whiteram98) moved a 180 into my fishroom by ourselves.  This was after I had the room built, so it involved standing the tank on the end a couple of times, but it still wasn't that hard.

The biggest thing you want to make sure of is that if you have to set it down on the ground, do it gently.

The other recommendation I would have is if using an appliance dolly, maybe get a piece of 2' x 2' plywood so the tongue of the dolly doesn't go through the glass if they tank tips too much when you're moving it.

Great point on the tongue of the dolly...sometimes I fail to post what might be obvious.
As for setting it down, I always use a thick lid from a styro to set a tank down on the end panel.

Ill take some rollers from work that we have for moving tanks. we just took some from under a 220 at work and they are huge so it would make life easy for getting it to the door. I was thinking we could maybe slide it down the stairs but that's iffy too. That's how I got the 150 pound stand in the basement with a 55 gallon tank in it. I had 2 differnt neighbors stand there and watch me carry it in myself.

I moved a 180g down some stairs once using the "slide" method.
The stairs were unfinished wood treads so first I nailed a couple 2"x10" boards that I had laying around. Then we used a 4" wide heavy duty tow strap around the tank. Then we had the previously mentioned styro lid at the bottom of the stairs to stand the tank up before turning the corner.

Maybe that could be an option then just have the rollers ready the roll it to the tank. The one kid that wants to help just lifts weights all day so his more than excited to help.
