Picked up one of these guys last night. Just couldnt resist.
This was at the store. When I put it in our tank... it is now almost white. I hope the color comes back.

Nice pick up.. Where did you find those??? I have never seen a lfs carry them... How much???

Nice, did you grab that from Bruce's? I want to have him order me a potential breeding group in the near future. Watch their diet, I believe they have a very similar diet to Tropheus.

That's what got me. :-)
I got it at Bruce's. $40. Says wild caught. There were about 5 more there. There www as also another single one of a different kind, a little bigger for $60.
All said. Wild caught.
The tropheus diet is true. I have it in with my peacocks. He hid most of the time since I put it in the tank. Then came out last night and pretty much stayed out. Ate flake great!

Its a very good eater from the first attempt. Doing real good.
It has made its home in the cichlid stone we have in there. I was just about to remove that stone too.
