Couple new fish in the Hap tank
« on: November 23, 2016, 11:26:59 AM »

Picked up a couple new fish for the hap tank yesterday.  A beautiful Dimidiochromis compressiceps that is about 8" long and a red fin borleyi which is about 6" long.

Thanks Danny. It's a bad thing to get new fish though, because now that I have some of the larger predatory haps in there I'm already thinking how I could try to find a place in the office for another 125g 6ft tank to upgrade this 75g into next year  :o  ;D

Nice fish:)

Yep, I'm getting my dream tank shortly from Stan  ;D 8) I got the best Sister in the world. She wanted to get me a really nice big Christmas gift this year so I started looking at glass 125 & 180's but with the leak issues I had a couple years ago with my old 265g the age of the couple 125 & 180's I looked at just really worried me. But now in the next week or so I will be taking possession of a great looking 240g Acrylic 72x30x24 monster which will be the new home for my Haps to grow as big as they want. So after the holidays get ready for "Office remodel Phase III- Return of the monster tank" lol. Got some big plans such as blowing out the wall that divides the office from the shop, nice stand & canopy build, matching the floor and ceiling, moving the troph tank and making it so all the tanks can been seen from anywhere in the basement etc etc.  Now if I just get that Red Ryder BB gun with the compass in the stock and this thing which tells time it'll end up being the best'est Christmas ever ;D
