Acrylic paint stripping

  I'm getting an acrylic tank with the back already painted. I do not like the color and want to change it.  I need some help with this please

Start with a towel soaked in straight warm water lay the towel on the paint if its going to work it should only be about 15 minutes there's other ways but try this first.
