Why does the poster say it runs to July 17th might screw someone up booking time off and not looking at the calendar thinking the 17th is a Sunday.

Why does the poster say it runs to July 17th might screw someone up booking time off and not looking at the calendar thinking the 17th is a Sunday. 

That was an oversight by our illustrious El Presidente.  He just added 4days to the 13th, because of it being a four day convention. BUT...  He must've forgotten to count Thursday the 13th.
