Looks definitely to be glass. And like Steve said, with a possible leak...no thanks.
Even if you were lucky enough to get a company to do a professional reseal job, I doubt they would offer a warranty.
And as gtomike said, it's actually close to 540 gallons....can you imagine that entire thing letting go in your house???
Hell, if a front panel blows out and someone's standing in front of it....that person is tot, muerta, dood, morto, nie zyje, mortuus caelum.......Dead
But if the leak is up high somewhere it would be a GREAT project for a huge paludarium.....or just a dry lizard habitat.
