ID help please

Picked up a new peacock at the LFS today from the "mixed tank". Kinda reminds me of an Aulonocara Nyassae but could be a hybrid for all I know... Any ideas? He was a brighter blue at the store, not so dark. He's almost 3"

He's still got a lot of growing to do. I find it interesting that he seems to have black vertical bars covering a deep navy blue horizontal stripe running the length of his body.

Looks like an Aulononcara koningsi "Blue Regal" male that is just coming into color.

Thought about that, but look at the barring.  Classic hybrid tell tale
