Usually swollen stomachs are an indication of either bloat, or an internal parasite. Adding epsom salt at a rate of 1 tablespoon per 5 gal of water will act as a laxative and help in case it is bloat. Also a medication I use for parasites is called Prazpro, that will help in case of parasites.

Better to have a short life full of what you like doing, than a long life spent in a miserable way.

Are you feeding multiple times a day & every day?  Could just overfeeding.  Skip a one or two feedings & see if it goes down.  Or you can try something with more vegetables in it & that may help clean them out.

If that doesn't help,  then go with the Epsom.
